Beyond Systema, Claude and I agree to say you explained and showed us some "secrets" of martial arts, things that are never told, because unknown even bymost masters. Many people work only with feelings and are enable to explain. Are these things rediscover through biomechanics or are they part of Systema teaching? You also answered to a question we often get from our students : what does the systema resemble to at real speed ? We’ll show them the videos…
