This seminar, as the last in september was great, not only by classes with Alex, but all people there! We had a good time during classes, and after... Great partners, good helping from Milos and Dragan, wonderfull afterclasses from all team!
Alex's method of teaching can even to a beginner give all work to understand, and practice back home. And from people who are more experienced, give more understanding on what we do, and progress really !
We made a couple of field trips to a monastery and a convent, and it was a good way to learn a little bit about the history of Serbia (one of Europe's oldest civilized countries), as well as about the spiritual roots of Systema, Eastern Orthodoxy.
