I want to thank you again for the seminar you held in Joensuu 13.-14.9.

It was a really interesting, well structured seminar in a very pleasant atmosphere. It was interesting also from a philosophical point of view: defining "Systema" as ´being home anywhere´ is, as far as I can see it, a nice way to put it in simple terms.

As I myself have only three months experience in Systema, the difficult part is not in the grasping Systema´s essence intellectually, but in putting the idea into practice. But thanks to my teacher and training partners in Finland, and now you, I think Systema´s basic idea is, or can be, maybe, within my reach also when doing Systema, not only when thinking about it.
